Programme Creation & Design

Our work spans from creating specific development encounters to the development of entire learning programmes. We pay particular attention to ensuring the material we devise is realistic and believable and maps with any required specifics, such as competency frameworks.

We research a client’s environment and produce programmes which reflect their realities, in interventions ranging from one-to-one encounters to three day offsite events.

Psychometric profiling

We use psychometric modelling as a learning tool and we provide roleplay encounters for delegates to practice the application of this learning.

We are certified to administer and debrief DISC reports and SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) self-assessments. We have often worked with those certified in Myers-Briggs, Insights, Hogan Dark Side, EQ-I, Hay Leadership Styles, Team Profiling tools and 360 reviews.

Assessment

Roleplay scenarios are highly valued by occupational psychologists and assessors seeking to gain a rounded understanding of an individual’s level of competency.   Assessments can be used during a recruitment process, a reorganisation/restructure or as part of a development programme.  Consistency is important in assessment and we create and deliver encounters that provide a benchmarked level of challenge.

We have experience in writing complete assessment exercises to provide challenges against competency frameworks.  An example of this would be an in-tray which includes written tasks, roleplay scenarios, group challenges, presentations and feedback.
