26 Mar Teaching Communication skills to MBA Students

Who for:
An internationally recognised UK Business School.

What required:
To work with a leadership development consultancy to create a stimulating and energetic two-day learning experience wherein students learned and practiced concepts of effective communication in business, to maximise their potential influence.

We delivered:
A proposal for the approval of the course convenors, which defined learning objectives and contained a mixture of Theatrical Presentation, Forum Theatre, Role-play and Individual practice of Courageous Conversations
We then fielded a team of 12 actors and facilitators to deliver the programme.

Outcome:
60 learners had a high energy and personalised learning experience, which also contained the opportunity for them to practice and gain support in their own influencing skills, in small group facilitated sessions.

Applause:
“Many thanks for the delivery once again of an excellent days training. I really appreciate working with such a great bunch of professionals. The anecdotal feedback was very positive from the people I spoke to and that is down to your ability to create the right scenarios and the quality of insight you gave them in the feedback
“Average student rating scores of 9.4 out of 10”
